Waters under the bridge

Balancing is exhausting,

when heads and hearts pulls in different directions.

Heads know what to accept,

but hearts don't do well with rejects.

Agreements that cannot be made,

Causes me to feel emotionally drained.

I wish I could stop dead.

But this circles never ends;

Why do i feel out of control?

Thought I decided months ago?

I tried every possible way,

just to let you go.

But, then you sneak your way back,

back around to keep me low.
